That was the message as the Huntsville City Council was updated Thursday on plans to turn one of downtown’s last big open spaces into retail, residential and office space.
Rocket City Development Partners has squeezed its construction plan from four phases to two for the 11-acre old Coca-Cola bottling site on Clinton Avenue. Groundbreaking is expected this year.
